We’re excited to welcome you to Festive Marketplace 2023, which is in person this year on December 8, at the UCC Foster Hewitt Athletic Centre from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. At Festive Marketplace you'll find 50 curated local and small businesses onsite where you can purchase jewelry, food items, fashion and much more! Make plans to visit the bake sale table, join friends for shopping and coffee and donate to the school wide food drive. This festive day will feature student music performances and student artwork so make plans to attend!
We’re grateful for the continued support of our vendors, many of whom have made donations to our Festive Auction.
Proceeds from Festive Marketplace are used by UCC parent organizations for special initiatives that provide direct and positive enhancements for UCC students.
Please consider a food or monetary donation to the Holiday Food Drive. This is a UCC student led initiative with all donations provided to the Churches-on-the-Hill Food Bank. Please click here to learn more about the food drive and donation suggestions.

Prep School
A friendly reminder our food drive for the Churches on the Hill (COTH) Food Drive is now running until Friday, December 8. The COTH Food Bank located just around the corner from UCC, is currently providing food parcels to between 1,100 to 1,200 people per week. The vast majority of their clients are families (including 30 babies per week) unable to manage the high cost of housing and food. The COTH Food Bank has provided us with a list of items that will best support their current demands. Please see below for a list of items and help us help the COTH Food Bank. Upper School
On Monday, Nov. 27, UCC’s annual Churches-on-the-Hill (COTH) food drive will begin collecting food donations at the Upper School. COTH Food Bank is just a few blocks away from UCC and serves between 1,100 and 1,200 people each week. Over the past 3 years, we have collected nearly 5,000 pounds of food. Today COTH needs our support more than ever. Rising inflation, especially in food prices and housing, is causing more households to rely on COTH to meet their needs. In fact, across Toronto, one in ten residents use food banks to survive.
You can help out by bringing in food donations to the bins located in the main foyer for the next two weeks. Our goal is to collect a pound of food for every student, so please help us support this important cause. COTH has provided us with a list of the items that are in the highest demand, and we’ve allocated them by House. We also ask that everyone consider donating baby formula (Enfalac or Kirkland brands) and diapers (sizes 4-6) to support the Infant program at COTH.
Please place your listed objects in the House labeled bins present in the Bernick Family Foyer.
